Fits in my 2013 Altima with cord attached and still can close the door to my lighter/usb compartment
Altima owners will know what I’m talking about. This is the shortest adapter too. Apple used to sell it on their website. They sell Mophie now which I didn’t get a chance to try. That would have been my alternative. I always check what Apple sells on their website and see if I can find cheaper. My GF has been using 1 now for over 2 years in her 2010 Corolla which has a tight compartment too. We only buy Apple cables too. Got burnt using an Anker cable 1 time killing a battery. I thought Anker was trustworthy? Best to use more reputable brands to protect your +/- $1000 phones and worth the extra cost. I trust Belkin as I’ve owned many of their surge protectors and other gear without failure. Hope this helps.

It charges my phone while I play games
Does what is supposed to do I guess, but the USB input in the car charges my Galaxy Note 10+ twice as fast as this does. This charger works better than a standard one. I can use my phone while it's charging and it gains power. I would purchase this again.

Powers an Apple MagSafe charger
I have this in my car to power up an official Apple MagSafe charger. The charger seems to work the same as it does in the house, so I assume the adapter is putting out the correct voltage. It hasn't done anything weird like auto-shutoff or anything, so I assume it's working like it's supposed to. We have an iPhone 12 mini (which supports MagSafe), as well as an older iPhone XR (which does slower wireless charging but not MagSafe charging).
