No, they definately do not. DO NOT BUY! This seller is defrauding customers. They are knowingly selling pairs of Bee playing cards as 12 packs. They tape together a pair of cards and put a sticker on them to indicate to Amazon fulfilment not to separate them. They then list the "item" as a pack of 12. The reason for the sticker is THEY DON'T WANT Amazon fulfilment to send you 12 packs of cards "accidently".  This isn't a case of Amazon packaging the wrong amounts. Amazon fulfilment simply pick "one item" (a pair of cards) and send you this. Customers then complain and get refunds. Amazon thinks they picked the wrong amount and foot the bill but it's just the seller defrauding everyone. Their name is Aldy Variedades.

I received my order but it’s only 2decks I paid for 12 decks what do I do

I also ordered from this seller expecting a box of 12 decks but I only received 2 decks (1 red/1 blue).  I'm returning it and will order from a different seller.  It looks like this Seller deliberately sends out only 2 decks because it's happening more often than just once!
