I bought this set with a couple of extra handsets for my disabled sister and they work fine. Read instructions carefully before trying to get them to talk to each other. But the buttons are clear to see and there is a volume booster button on the handsets. Quite impressed.

Found it difficult to set up at first but all is fine now.

Not very loud at all and I needed one for a hard of hearing person.Sent back and refunded without any problems.

I found nothing to dislike in this product. A red light flashes when a call is received and there is a light ringing tone.It has already been in regular usage and has been very satisfactory throughout.

Great phone, instructions for registration to base unit need better explanation! Now registered all great, customer service from website excellent! Amazon delivery poor again and stressful even though it came next day (stop saying delivered when you have not)
