I was already taking CoQ10, when I read an article that said Pycnogenol was good for swollen ankles. Not being a pill popper (I gravitate to one a day dose supplements) it appealed to me that I could do both in one pill. After using several bottles now I notice that I longer seem to have a problem with swollen ankles, and even the little puffiness behind my ankle bones that never went down has now gone away. I take one of these a day, and intend to keep using this product.

I have circulation of blood flow in my fingers again,before taking this I didn’t have the strength in my fingers to tease my hairl,sounds crazy,or even to wash my ears,what a difference it made for me,my bro-in-law told me about this

I wasn't able to fully use this as I read somewhere (AFTER I purchased it) that if you have Lupus you should be careful when taking Pycnogenol. I do LOVE the C0Q10 for all of it's benefits and was hoping the added Pycnogenol would help with energy and such. I was really looking forward to seeing if it would do the trick. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it long enough to see if it would be helpful before I read the article about Lupus and Pycnogenol. Maybe nothing would have happened to aggravate the Lupus but I didn't want to risk it.

just received it BUT giving the 5 stars as I was taking the CQ10's by themselves before, so now I have 2 (Pycnogenol) working in tandem.

Very happy with the product, it's a very good value. I continue to use this product & am extremely satisfied with it.

Didnt work well at all

My physician recommended that I add Pycnogenol to my daily vitamins. These were good - no nasty taste. Only issue is there's not that many in the bottle . . . and when I tried to reorder now, the brand is unavailable. HOPEFULLY it will be available again soon!
