They are small but approx 3-4” in height. My grandkids love them.

Can they be used as cupcake toppers?

They may be little large for cupcakes....however they could work...….

They are around 4 inches high but some of them are pretty wide - aka wing span or multiple heads, etc. I would say a couple of them were a little taller than 4 inches but not all of them.
