CulinaOne-Touch Pressure Cooker. Stovetop, 6 Qt. Stainless Steel With Steamer Basket

This is as hefty little stainless steel pressure cooker which can hold up to 6 quarts volume. The directions were fairly simple except failed to explain how much to lower temperature when it was heated to the point of providing 100% steam. The manufacturer should have explained that the temperature needs to be sufficient to provide no more than a little steam coming out of this pressure cooker, otherwise, the liquid contents inside might evaporate. Having experience with somewhat more complicated pressure cookers, I figured how much heat needs to be lowered , around 250 degrees F . This is generally based on experience, in other words, a guessing game. But, I am crazy about this smaller pressure cooker and have been using it constantly since it arrived. I love it, love it, love it not only for its tasteful design, but it miraculously and quickly produces delicious meals for my small family.

Just what I was looking for ,worked magic!

Was initially off-put by the one-touch lid. It works great though. Feels sturdy, Good build quality, opens and closes easily, easy to clean and doesn't have separate parts to worry about misplacing. Solidly built, slim design, Cooks well too! Haven't used the steamer basket yet, but so far, impressed.
