Item not functioning
Received the order today, Package box is not with a seal. Charged and found not working at all. After switch on with 2 minutes switching off automatically. Charged several times but still not working.

One came without the band
I ordered two of these as gifts and they arrived safely, one was complete, and the other was without a band so it could not be worn. Obviously, I was very disappointed as I was hoping to give two gifts to two individuals and when one opened the box, there it was an incomplete item, and I was very embarrassed.
