Q: What's the difference between this srpd91 and srpd65k4?

Hi, not much really. Appears the the SRPD91 is the US market model and SRPD65K4 is the Canadian market model. The product images on the respective sites shows dial text at 6 oclock on the US model which is missing on the Canadian model. There also appears to a slight difference in color of the included strap. This is assuming that the product photos are accurate representations of the physical products.

Q: is the black on the case shiny or matte?

It is shiny. I really wouldn't even call it black. It appears to my eye to be a very dark smokey color, almost black.
