Runs on 120V and has an american plug
It was shipped to me in Bahrain with an American cord, and it runs on 120V. It broke after the second use. Please let us know before selling to countries with different plugs and voltages! You should adapt to your customers; otherwise, only sell in the US.

Does not work no light no nothing
I just opened my new steam cleaner and it does not work and i tryed everything , the light does not even come on , very very upsetUpdate: its been 2 working days and no one has called me to come and pick the item up
