Best tea ever
Very nice product, better than described. I love it, mild but excellent flavor, a small amount makes a great experience. Maybe the best tea I’ve had ever.

Has a slight odor and musty aftertaste like stale grass..It is definitely not fresh...but the one thing it is, is NON returnable.I am updating my previous review. Yes, the tea was musty, but the customer service is impressive, so up to 5 stars. So I posted this annoyed review before going to bed, by the time I woke up I had been contacted and the message explained that it is possible that sometimes the tea gets left behind as product gets turned over, and probably that is what happened. This was made right, and made right fast. Thank you

worth trying
Very interesting. Been drinking tea for 45 years and never had anything quite like this. It has sort of a nori taste too it-- in a good way.

Over priced for not being organic
I thought it was organic, disappointed it’s not. Guess I didn’t pay close attention. It’s priced as high as organic but lacking in depth of flavor.

It does not taste like Karigane made using the stems and stalks of GyokuroColor of the brew is yellow, not green, brew does not have karigane body and opacity.
