Company stands behind product
We purchased this bunk bed for our sons' room. The product arrived in a timely manner but was damaged by the factory. The contacted company we purchased it from. They went above and beyond to correct the problem. Even taking a loss on the sale. They shipped out a whole new bed. The bed is very well made. If I had to do it over again I would purchase from them. You never know when you buy something online if something is broken if the company will stand behind the product. This company did. I am very impressed with the bunk bed and the company. Thank you Jellis

Sturdy but hard to assemble
I've had this for about five months! Its holding up well and it never once has felt like it would break on me. It was a PAIN to assemble though, especially the rungs that hold the mattresses up.

Pretty shaky
Perfect size, but really shaky!

Shakes and Squeaks
Initially was excited about the structure of the bed. However , after hours of putting the bunk bed together, I found that it shakes and squeaks a lot. I have tightened all of the screws and put it together per the instructions. For this result, it needs to be priced way lower.

Very Sturdy
We wanted a queen bunk that had weight capacity for adults. This is very sturdy and well made. The only challenge is that there are many pieces and assembly is complicated and takes time. Works best with two people. I'd suggest one of the individuals be great at following instructions and assembling items.

Bunk is wobbly
The bottom queen is sturdy, however, the bunk is so wobbly that my 4 yr old is scared to use the bunk.

Good for the price
It’s a good bed. It’s not hard to assemble, but it takes quite a while. There are A LOT of parts. There is a ladder positioned on each side of the bed with metal bars for steps. These bars are a little painful to my child’s bare feet when climbing. I wrapped them with pipe insulation foam. The manufacturer should consider another material for the steps.
