I’ think it has a lot of sugar
I am going to be very honest with this product and I do not want to be unfair in my work I have to read a lot and I normally use my glasses to be able to see clearly but since I have been using this vitamin I will not exaggerate but my vision has cleared up a lot normally I am on a keto diet and I don't know if it was the diet or the vitamins but I'm very happy because my eyesight has improved the only bad thing about vitamins is that they have a lot of sugar I think the vitamins are very good and they don't need to add more sugar but I give them a 10 I recommend them very much believe me you will see a big change in your eyesight if you take them daily
