Q: I cannot seem to find the dimentions of this utility. Can someone provide the width, height, and depth? Thanks!

The faceplate dimensions are 8 1/2" wide by 2 1/4" high. The hole size needs to be 6 3/4 x 1 3/4. I'm unsure about the depth, as I'm unwilling to pull my unit out of the wall, but I'd estimate 4 1/2", for sure less than 6".

Q: What so I need to instal this with the rest of an instillation kit?

I installed one when I plumbed in my central vac system, there not as easy to install as the make it sound. Search utube and the Internet as each installation is different.

Q: Is this compatible with my beam central vac?

Should be compatible with any and all central vacs that uses 2" pipe and low voltage on/off wiring.

Q: Can this be plumbed from bottom ?

Yes. There is no hole in bottom. You bring pipe up behind it , 90 degree over and 90 degree done into top hole. You have to use short 90s or the birth of bend won't clear bottom of cabinet. Or you can use 1 long 90
