An Absolute Godsend of a Supplement!I CANNOT believe how well these work for me to keep me moving! I am currently on Mounjaro, and for those of you in the know, constipation is quite a 'biggie' within this journey.I was able to have one of the most heavenly of poops that I'd not had in such a long time lol.They are easy to swallow and digest, are tasteless and great value for money.If you're struggling to poop, buy them!

Bought the same brand for 5 years worked fantastic and highly recommended if taken correctly. Alas like most things today, the quality started to drop and the price went up to a point it had a negative effect. So trying other brands which ticked the same box until i bought these. Only been taking these for a few months but results are very good. Would be 5 stars but i shall give it 6 months trial first.
