Can you eat with these in?

I eat with them all the time. If I order anything I have to bite into I either cut it IP small or pull it apart. Once you are finished eating you need to excuse yourself to remove them, clean them and really whatever you use to keep them in place. I don't use the pellets and I remove the ledge that's supposed to attach to the bottom of your natural teeth. I sand down the gumline(length and thickness), then place them in the hot water to mold the shape. It may take several times to get the correct shape. Once I am done I use Polident Strips to secure them. There is no messy ooze and it has a much snigger fit and lasts way longer than the paste and much less complicated than the beads. You have to be patient when you are sanding and molding. If you are heavy handed they could break. If you don't remove them properly sooner or later the teeth will start to tear away from the gumline and the other teeth. I have worn two pairs for a couple of years and in the beginning before I learned exactly how to treat them so they fit properly. The least amount of wear that I got was six months.

Yes, you put it in hot water to soften the teeth and then place in your mouth and hold it against you own teeth to make an impression. Do this several times. You will need to also, soften the beads that come included in the uppers only, roll them into a snake like shape, press that to the inside of the fake teeth after you have shaped them to yours and then press them onto your teeth and hold till they harden. Do not leave them on too long or you won't be able to remove them. If that does happen, drink some hot water to soften the form again. This process takes some time to get right, so be patient. Once you have the right fit, you can put them in and out with no problem and they should stay in place. You will talk like you have a retainer in, but that will disappear in time. With my own situation, I have a fang tooth that protrudes too far out so I took my Dremel tool and sanded down the inside of the gums to make the fake teeth better fit my own. There are videos on UTube explaining how to shape the teeth and use the beads. Good luck!
