I love the simple ingenuity of this product! It's a very useful addition to anyone's collection of workout gear. Super versatile. Super lightweight. Super strong. Super portable. Super easy to set up. The pulley-system offers a constant-tension workout. And, with the use of different angles, anchor-points, and a little imagination, you can train pretty much any body part effectively. Yet another geat product from Vikingstrength! Five stars and two thumbs up!!!

I needed a pulley system to do some exercises I was unable to perform on my single pull-up rack. This seemed to fit the bill - small and portable, easy to install, and works with my dumbbells (no extra plates etc needed). It made a good impression when the package arrived - the overall packaging was neat and well done. A lot of extras are provided for this price, which was fantastic. Overall glide of the pulley was also very smooth, especially due to the slightly stretchy rope material.However, I had to return this equipment - it has, in my opinion, a major flaw. The carabiners used to fix the weights or the handles to the nylon(?) fabric rope are not of high quality. They have non-burred edges at the opening, which easily clings to fibers in the rope if not handled extremely carefully. I am genuinely surprised that this was not caught in quality control. I feared that using the system daily (i.e. taking it on and off) will slowly damage the rope's integrity by ripping fibers.I give it two stars - If you utilize it only at one space and rarely take it off, this might fit your needs. However, this product is clearly marketed for its adaptability with its travel bag - which I would recommend against due to the issue described earlier.
