These feeders are great! Although the chicken do manage to turn them over sometimes but they’re very convenient in feeding them. The price is great too, I checked a lot of different products like this here and at local stores, they offer the best price. Thank you.

Perfect for the little chickies to figure out. Just dip their beaks in the water and they will remember where the water is. The crumble makes a mess because they pull it out with their beaks and feet sometimes. It's a good size to feed all 10 of my chicks at the same time without them fighting.

These were good and took our first chicks up to their 4th week. After that however, as soon as the chicks started moving around the brooder, they'd knock the feeder over. Both the feeder and waterer are a bit top-heavy. They'd be perfect if their bases were a little wider, and the top containers were a little more spread-out and squat to lower the center of gravity. Even just half-filling the feeder didn't help. Overall these seem good for the money. But be prepared to get a full-sized feeder and waterer around week 5 or 6, instead of these!

Very good feeders

The price on these are amazing, and they are small so perfect for a homemade brooder. Very much a space saver. However you get what you pay for. The water container is fine and so much better then the huge one we had in before. The food container sucks. We cannot get it to actually close, and stay close. The bottom piece comes undone into 2 separate pieces which really is a faulty setup honestly. If the chickens get a little rough it knocks it apart which puts me right back at the issue before. I would recommend the water but not the food container.

This was perfect for baby newborn chicks. After 4 weeks of age they began to tip them both over so had to change to a larger waterer and feeder, but it was very useful at first. NSC

This fit well for my seven chicks inside their Brooder. If I want it I could still use it to supplement their feed when I’m going to be away. Great value!

I purchased this combo feeder waterer for 3 ducklings. There is a reason it is among the cheapest on Amazon. The water bottle cannot be tightened. The threads are molded vary shallow in the plastic and when tightened the fitting behaves like the threads are stripped. I found that a dog water dish is more effective. The feeder is only marginally better. The feeder tray doesn’t have a positive lock when the two red pieces are put together. As a consequence, I just filled the feeder with duck starter crumbles and as I was placing the feeder in the brooder, the bottom fell off and poured feed all over my babies. I recommend passing on this item and get something better or make a feeder and waterer. There are several plans and how-tos on the web. In the attached photo you can see the feeder is in use but the waterer was replaced by a stainless steel bowl. Incidentally those two ducklings have graduated to the duck pen and are no longer caged for their protection.
