Q: The product description is for the 125 BT. Are they basically the same?

Thanks for your inquiry, Our JBL Tune 215TWS and Tune 125BT are not the same, but they are Bluetooth-enabled earphones. The main difference between the two is that the Tune 125BT has wired headphones in it, while the Tune 215 is a true wireless stereo that doesn't have wires connected to both earbuds.

Q: Is there a mute feature?

Yes, our JBL Tune 215 TWS has a mute command by holding the button/touch control of the earbuds for 2 seconds.

Q: Just received these and they do not have any kind of magnets for cord management. I've checked them all over. Am I missing something here?

If there is no magnetic cable management then you probably should edit the product description where it clearly states: "MAGNETIC CABLE MANAGEMENT: Ensures that the headphones remain comfortably secure and tangle-free around your neck when not in use" Just a suggestion ;-)

Q: are these headphones suitable for swimming?

Our Tune 215BT doesn't have any IPX rating and is not waterproof. Over exposure to water or moisture can result in irreversible damage to the headphones.
