I've recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cervical & bladder cancer (& also a second cancer type of cancer in the lung) as I was beginning my chemotherapy treatment I was told there would be days I wouldn't be able to eat or drink due to nausea, so the Dr's & nurses all told me to try to build up my calories & protein during this time. I found these on Amazon & they've helped so much especially during the first few days after my treatment. Their not chalky, or clumpy at all, not to sweet at all & the size is perfect & their filling. Istarted ordering these each month & I've purchased them in both chocolate & Vanilla & will continue to purchase them each month even after I'm done with chemotherapy. I would definitely recommend these even if it's just for the protein or for a quick pick me up their definitely worth it.

I honestly love these Ensure Shakes and my favorite flavor is vanilla. They taste so good — super smooth and not too sweet, which I really appreciate. It’s crazy how something this tasty is also packed with a bunch of vitamins, minerals, and a ton of protein.I grab one when I’m rushing out the door or need a quick snack, and it actually keeps me full for a while. I am 81 and my serum was well below average. I started using the vanilla for a breakfast and now I am only just below normal with no change in diet. High protein bars are sometimes grainy and all I have tried are too sweet. The vanilla flavor is good and very convenient. I do have bad arthritis in my hands and have trouble opening them but a pair of adjustable pliers solves that easily

Great taste, seems to be my favorite for the price of similar products, helps when hungry and want a boost. Repurchase of a regular basis, happy with this product and flavor. Helps to gain weight for me.

Three stars because it tasted so good and kept me feeling full for a while. I was trepidatious about buying this because of the soluble corn fiber. I have taken Metamucil's Fiber Gummies with that ingredient and it gave me so much gas that I had to stop taking it. But I liked the other ingredients in this drink and decided to try it when I was at home and not going anywhere, LOL. It gave me gas for several hours.😭My review is that if you know your digestive tract doesn't react to soluble corn fiber, I would recommend this drink because it's high in protein, low in calories, and doesn't have a lot of the low quality ingredients that other commercial protein drinks have. But I will stick with my favorite brand, Orgain. It's too bad because I would like to try the other flavors that this drink comes in. I would love it if Abbott would consider removing the soluble corn fiber.Have a wonderful day!🙂
