There was no power adapter
Device was good and delivered on time. However, although it contained batteries and a port exists, no power adapter was provided from the manufacturer.

Cuff too small and no power supply provided
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The cuff is too small. I do not have big arm muscles, and I am an average male, and it just fits and no more. I have to squeeze my arm tight and barely get the Velcro secure. It's as if this was designed for children.The unit has a DC port for a power supply but yet a power supply is not provided. Came with batteries but come on, anyone can buy batteries at the nearest store. Who produces a device with the ability to plug into the mains and doesn't provide the power supply unit!
