When you are sitting on this mat in the tub, can you feel the suction cups underneath? What does the suction cup layout look like on the bottom? Pics?

The suction cups are arranged all around the edges on the back side of the map. There is a small piece of rubber that they attach to the BathBed on and we've not experienced feeling them when sitting on the cushion.

Can you use Epsom salt with this?

Actually, I bought it so that I could use it with an Epsom salt soak. It is AMAZINGLY comfortable and affords me a much longer soak so that I can feel the pain relief afterwards. Best of luck; I hope that you are as impressed with this as I am. Also, to allow the pad to dry, I put mine through a coated wire hanger to dry above the tub overnight.

Do you have to hang this to dry after every bath? I’m looking for one I can leave in place and only take up periodically to clean.

I take A LOT of baths, and over the last couple of years I’ve found that the thing that makes the most difference in the lifespan of this product is to hang it up to dry after each use. I just attached a 3M wall hook to my shower wall and hang it there. This pillow’s suction cups are easy to apply firmly each time once you’ve gotten the hang of it.
