La Comisión nacional de regulación de comunicaciones bloquea este teléfono por que el IMEI no corresponde a la marca del mismo. No compren este equipo!! Amazon no responde porque dice que el fabricante es el responsable.

Poor service
Easy to program, easy to use. Just like a house phone but, does not work all the time. Does not pick up WiFi very easy. Will disconnect calls or not work at all.I’m concerned about my elderly mother having an emergency and or not working.

Not a compatible phone for US carriers
Some reviews said it's compatible with T-Mobile. But it doesn't. Have called T-Mobile to troubleshot, took a while and finally T-Mobile said it's not compatible with their SIM. Actually, looks like it doesn't work with any of the US Carriers.

Does not work for AT&T phones
After spending a hour at the local AT&T store and buying a new sims card to see if it would work, it was a no go and sending back to Amazon. The other people were right it won't work even with a new 3G card I would try a more $$$ but need one now. Thought this would work for a older person stuck at home with a bad cell phone and does not go anywhere, would have been cheaper then a land line

Don’t recommend to anyone
It doesn’t take any SIM card from USA 🇺🇸So I don’t recommend to anyone want to use it here in America
