if you bought it through Amazon there must be a record of your purchase on who the seller is and how to contact them. If not I would contact Amazon with your purchase information

I don’t think Pfaff has a 200x200 selection specifically labeled for a metal hoop. On my Icon, I am able to use the standard 200x200 hoop selection with this metal hoop. If you do not have a 200x200 selection on your 4.5, you may need a firmware upgrade.

Q: Will this fit my Pfaff Creative Icon 2?

It will likely fit the Icon 2 as I have an Icon 1 and it fits just fine.

I purchased it and it worked fine. Ectuallyit is Perfect just make sure the fabric is on tight
