Q: advertised as 7.8 lbs. Is that just the stove body or stove, pipe and all attachments?

Not sure how much angle on the tilt you are asking about. The pipe is one solid sheet you roll to form and use metal rings to hold the shape of the diameter of the pipe. The pipe is designed to fit inside the lid section of the stove.

Q: Has anyone had problems with smoke leakage while using this stove ? What has been the maximum burn time ?

No problems with excessive smoke. It’s a vacuum system. Fresh air in from the front, goes out the pipe. When using a wood stove, the front should be tilted down at a little angle so the smoke travels to the back of the stove and out the pipe. Can’t answer too much about burn times. It’s dependent on wood quality. I can tell you from personal experience, that at 20 degrees, I would have to refill every hour using red oak. The temperature in the top of the tent would be in the 70s, and 50 at the floor. I bought a tent fan to force warm air down for my next trip, and I’ll be adding a damper to slow burn rate.
