Great Gift!
I bought this as a gift for my son, and he's really enjoying the assembly process. It's a very detailed project, best suited for someone with patience, good eyesight, and the right tools. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Great value!
My son (14) got this for Christmas, it took him a while to work up the courage to start it, bit once he did he worked on it non stop.It did take him a bit to learn how to convince the pieces to fit, but once he did it flew together in a few days. All in all extremely satisfied with this model. Will be looking for more.

Habe schon zig Metallplatten zusammen gebaut.

A Great Challenge
This was my first metal model build. The parts and instructions are good and the price is excellent. Being in my mid 70's I needed an illuminated magnifier as the parts are tiny. I also purchased a model makers tool kit. A set of drill bits were good for bending rounded parts. I used a magnetic tray and a foot long magnetic bar to hold parts after they were snipped from the sheets and a coloured pencil to mark off the instructions as the parts were assembled. I found that bending tabs was often better than twisting, especially when slots were very close together. testing the fit from below helps to ensure that the tabs are aligned before fitting in place. I did need to use a dot of 5 minute epoxy adhesive occasionally when tiny tabs broke off. The finished model is magnificent. I went on board the Mighty Mo in 1991 when she visited Fremantle in Western Australia and this model is my homage to that great battle ship.
