Amazon is holding refunds of 300 or more for at least 40 day
The alternator went bad. I had a protection plan from all state. Allstate would not warranty because it still had manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer would not warranty cuz it was bought through Amazon. Amazon said they would refund. Started refund on the 12th of October. After numerous calls they said I won’t get my refund till November 21st. Don’t believe Amazon on promised refund dates. They owe me interest

Under no circumstances should you buy this alternator. I bought on march 1st. Installed it 2 days later when it arrived. It’s now end of august and it has left me stranded on the side of the road. It looks good but I assure this is a waste of money. Buy oem.

WENT BAD IN 5 MONTHS
So I bought this alternator when it was on sale for $140. It hasn’t lasted 5 months and it cannot keep idle voltage. The alternator has failed and I have had to reinstall my old alternator. Left me stranded on the side of the road. Do not waste your money.

Save your money
Waste of money unless you just need a core to be rebuilt, alternator lasted two and a half weeks on vehicle before overcharging a couple days and just going out.
