Bought 2 aets. In each set, One ratchet works fine, the other one is pure junk. Jams up and won't unlock.Had to ask for replacementI hope it will work this time.

This was my first time having to buy my own ratchet straps , I wanted some that I felt comfortable with for when towing a golf cart on a trailer, these straps exceeded my expectations on every way, very easy to use if you follow the instructions and pay attention when using them. They worked perfect , I'm more than happy and feel really comfortable when my cargo is strapped down with these.
