A very nice looking hat. Very comfortable. Has held up well in the weather.

I was worried when I saw it was coming from across the country and its pretty common for these to come all jacked up given the low end packaging job they love to do but mine came in on time and with zero damage some how so im happy. P.s they are a bit big, I think I'm like 7 1/4th in hats and this is almost too big so if you have a smaller head then that the XL won't hold on very well without the chin strap.

This hat is what my husband wanted to take on our beach vacation. Everything met his expectations, but unfortunately the box it was shipped in was too small, causing the hat to lose its shape. He had to bend it back into place and it still isn’t exactly right.

So ordered one for my husband. When it arrived the first time the box had some dents. Didn't think anything about it bc clearly a straw hat or any hat would be shipped with stuffing/protection. Opened the box and there was just a damaged hat with no protective paper/wrap. Processed the refund and was sent a new hat. 2nd hat arrives and the box is a little dented, but opened it up and luckily this hat was packed with air pockets and no damages!Pros: comes in different sizes and is comfortableCons: crap shoot if your hat arrives okay

Hat was pretty much crushed due to poor packaging and, the price on the tag (as seen in photo) is almost $10 less that I paid for it. Y’all need to do better!I’d appreciate a contact back from the seller!

Let me start off by saying…. I’m a big boi with a big ol noggin so I opted for the l/xl despite the other reviews saying they run big. My whole life I’ve never had a hat that fit perfectly or really even that fit well but this sum’ gun changes all that. It fits great with a little bit of room left over. If you would consider yourself to be an average sized fella then I would recommend staying on the smaller side of sizing. The l/xl measures out at approximately 24” in circumference
