No; I live in the US and received a standard ANSI layout

Q: Usb c or micro for the charge port?

Sadly, they still have not adapted to USB-C yet. It is a micro usb charge port.

Q: Can you use this keyboard wired, or does it have to be wirelessly?

You can use the keyboard wired and wireless. I'm actually using it wired for my gaming pc and bluetooth to my streaming pc, with a press of a button I switch between the two.
