Q: What is the width of the neck pocket? I need something 1/8" more narrow than the standard 2 3/8" neck pocket.

2 3/16ths. 56 mm. Length of the pocket = 3 in or 76 mm

Q: what is that hole drilled for on the right side of the body?

There are different theories but what we got from Fender was the hole was designed for when the body went into painting the hook went into the hole so paint could be applied by spray as it hung.

Q: Does it come with trem claw holes pre-drilled? I noticed you have to drill holes for pickguard only...

I had to drill only the pickguard screws.
