It is an oil-based spray
It definitely is an oil! There are cautions on the label about testing on fabric in a hidden place.Not like the Linen Spray from the popular soaps and fragrances store found in the mall.It smells good, but I don't want it on my silk pillow cases since it does have the oil base.
