Three Red Jerusalem Artichoke Tubers (Organic) - Hardy Red Fuseau Variety - (Sunroot 'chokes or Sunchoke) by Yumheart Gardens

These were so easy to grow. After harvest, we came up with a few different ways of eating them, including steamed with a little butter and salt. We gave some to the neighbor who loves to cook. He diced them into scrambled eggs. I suppose you could add anything else you wanted. They are such a unique flavor. Earthy but sweet, with that hint of artichoke.

All tubers are have sprouted lots of leaves and are growing well. After about 3 weeks and lots of rain, they popped up. Have patience. I put in a container garden.

Seem to be healthy

As instructed, they are planted but it may take some time for the sunchokes to let it be known whether it's a good review or bad review! You know like most gardening it's 50/50~!

The product photo is very misleading. In reality, each tuber is not much larger than a kidney bean. I could put my package of 20 tubers in an 8-ounce measuring cup and still have plenty of space leftover. If you want to purchase these, I highly recommend purchasing these be weight, not by count.
