5th June, 2022 - AVERAGE QUALITY. OUGHT TO BE ALL METAL.Received the item today, neatly packed. On unpacking, I was in for disappointment. As said, the quality is just average. The item does not afford any solid feel. From the picture, I expected the locking nut to be metal, but it is just plastic. Does not promise durability or reliable use. At the L-tube end, the hose is stressed in the packing. As for the metal L-tube, it shows some corroded damage at the bend.In contrast, the metal quality of the holder-bracket is excellent. The quality of the other components does not match.All in all, "Not satisfactory". Posted my request for return.-----8th June, 2022 - RETURN REQUESTED – NO PICKUP YETI booked this item on 31.05.2022, and it was delivered on 05.06.2022, a day after assured date of delivery. No complaint about that. When I found the product unsatisfactory, I registered my request for return on the same date, 05.06.2022. And my request was reported to be approved by the seller. Also, I received the message: Refund initiated. Pickup scheduled for 06.06.2022 between 0700 a.m. and 0700 p.m. I waited for two days, but nobody showed up to pick up the item. When I perused the Updates on Return, I read the message: “Return pick-up cancelled. Return pick-up verification failed.” I am unable to make head or tail of this jargon.What is this cancellation or verification failure about?I have been waiting to order an alternative upon receiving the refund. How long will it take, I wonder? Someone at Amazon or Ruhe tell me?10.06.2022Well, the pickup was actually cancelled, heaven knows how.
