The hair straightener brush.
You need thick hair because there is so much gap between the bristles. I don't want a replacement. I would like the amount to be refunded please.

Easy to use
Nice product. It is very user friendly. It doesn’t make the hair sleek straight as a flat iron. It gives a more blow dried starighf hair effect which i enjoy. Only thing i wish i could change is that it doesn’t heat beyond 200 celcius, which is needed sometime for coarser hair texture. Other than the heat setting no complaints
