No, it is not 100% waterproof. I used a Shower Shield which worked pretty good (but truth be told - nothing worked great). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EK62ZBM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 You might get a decent seal if you use the Microfoam Tape to secure a plastic sheet over the dressing. Success will probably depend on the size / location of the dressing that need to be kept dry and your ability to minimize exposure to direct water.
