I was surprised at how comfortable this panda head was; unlike the hard-shell ones I saw at a big-box retailed during Halloween, this is like a big lightweight pillow that wraps around your head. That sounds uncomfortable and, sure, you'll warm up in this, but it didn't fatigue my neck at all. I worried that the mesh between the eyes would be obvious and ruin the illusion but it looked fine and made it surprisingly easy to see out of -- you don't have much peripheral vision but you can see in front of you just fine. I paired this with a ~$100 tuxedo I'd gotten from Amazon last year and it really made for a great look. I spent about four hours at an indoor event strolling around the building, only took it off a couple times for a few-minute break, and felt fine. If I had been outside in spring/fall or winter weather it would've been super-comfortable. The mouth-hole is fine for breathing and big enough for a water bottle with spout to fit into it (stay hydrated!) but there's enough padding and fur around it to not ruin the illusion. Pro tip for the ideal panda look: Wear gloves. (Thin leather winter-gloves were my choice.) Nothing ruins a mascot illusion faster than human hands.

My son, true to form, cannot pick a Halloween costume before the last minute. :/ He really wanted a unicorn head to wear with all black clothing. The available and affordable choices looked really bad--big rubber things. He saw this and immediately (like he always does) changed his mind.The inside of it is soft and lined, and kind of, um, pillowy. It's easily fits on both of us. The visibility was great (8/10 according to son, who is 12.) It got a bit warm (it's still in the 70s and 80s here in late October) but he just had to take it off for a few minutes to cool down. It stays securely in place and breathing is no problem. It's well made and seems like it will last a while. You know, in case any of us wants to be a panda for any reason. ha!In any case, definitely worth it!

These look and feel great on the head. No, I don't find the mask hot nor do I find it uncomfortable, visibility is limited, don't try to drive or navigate crowds as you will not succeed. Overall I'm very pleased with the Mask.

Bought this for my 9 year old as a start to his Halloween costume. Upon opening the box he instantly went nuts over it. It seems to be really well made and looks amazing. The only issue is that there could/should probably be more visibility for the wearer built into the mask. It's very hard for him to see even in the light. I'm going to be with him on Halloween to lead him but I will also have him take it off between houses.

This is sooo cute! It made me absolutely happy when it came out of the package. It is kind hot inside and hard to breathe in for a long period of time especially if you run around with it on your head, it is big so not intended for tiny humans. The only really bad thing about it is its kinda hard to see out of there is like no peripheral vision only a little window to see out of. its super comfy and like pillows on the inside, also the mouth opens.

I got this to wear while handing out candy this Halloween, now I'm thinking I'm gonna have to skip handing out candy and go out myself!This mask is great, it's soft, very well padded (my sister actually punched me in the face while I was wearing it, I'm fine) build quality is just that, quality, and finally, it's not too hot to wear for long periods of time.I know there are cheaper options out there at different stores, but most of those are rubber masks or weirdly shaped. Ga-ross.That's why I think you need this Animal Head Mask from Natty Japan, even just to wear when getting that pizza delivered, or taking out the trash - you can make any normal situation awkward or funny!Try different scenarios for yourself! got this for my 11-year-old daughter and it is perfect! She will not take it off! the look is hysterical. It is not heavy at all so she isn't uncomfortable. She loves that she can breathe and talk and that she can eat and drink without taking it off. It is absolutely perfect for Halloween trick-or-treating.
