Kent Crystal Star RO+UV+UF +TDS Control

I was doing a research to purchase a good water purifier. I did lot of analysis and narrow down to this product. After reading this feedback, you no need to do any research any more.There are few things you must consider...1. Your water TDS Should be 100 - 150. If you will check other RO water TDS, it will be around 20 to 50 very tasty water. But not good for health.2. With this RO purifier you can set up for 100 TDS. Taste also good and for health also good.3. If your TDS is less than 300 People says you can have only UV+UF filter. But problem is Tap water TDS is not always 300. some times it fluctuates. some time its 300 , sometimes its 400. And also if there is any smell in water UV+UF model doesn't eliminate smell. But this model Does so due to the sediment and Carbon filter before RO and UF. And Based on the TDS setup this model mix the water output from UF and Output from RO membrane and maintains TDS 100.4. While Purchasing this Product I saw many negative reviews on this model saying " Burning smell from the Motor". I called the Kent Technician and verified about the issue. Technician said there was the issue. But that was resolved now. So it fine to go with this model.Finally I brought it and there is no Regret. Works Pretty well. Digital display is functional with all functions that RO purifier does like, RO utilization, Tank levels, maintenance etc.

Really taste of water is sweet & pure also model is very stylish, according company water refilling time40 min but after installation checked water refilling time is 25 min.

This water purifier has too many issues..Dispay is mineral reading is showing as low always.If I call technician he says when water level is full it will show mineral level as low..So we need to monitor this while water is filling in water purifier ..it’s very confusing..then what is the use of display If there is no proper reading and user can’t understand what is happening ..it’s a error in the display reading ..they have released it in market without proper testing ..not expected from big brand like KENT

The media could not be loaded. DONT OPT FOR NEW MODEL, WASTE OF MOMEY TDS control does not work properlyScreen display is of no use has to service 3 times in 3 months. Don't buy star models

You will get burning smell while using water soWhich is not recommended.KENT Crystal star-Kent team will not support.
