Expired product
I can not even try this product as I was given a best before date of 6/20. I received July 8, 2020... Now I know best before and expire dates do differ but if I am paying for a product I do NOT want a product that is less potent or it should be okay. This is something I would be consuming and healthy, given that it is no longer fresh I will not even try this product.

I am 25yrs old girl. I was suffering from intermittent constipation with mouth ulcers and lack of energy. I consultant Ayurvedic physician and it was diagnosed as increase in pitta dosha with accumulation of unwanted food stuff. As per suggestion i started taking less spicy, oily food and 2 tsp Harde powder of Bixa at night with jeera water. Also mouth gargling once in week with Harde water, after 7 days i got 80% relief from all my problems, i will continue taking Bixa Harde powder 1 tsp morning as rejuvenating tonic and anti-oxidant.
