The description says the soap holder 9.2 x 5 x 5. Is this correct? 9.2" high?

NO! The soap dish once attached to the wall is aprox 5" wide lt to rt. Less than 5" deep front to rear, & aprox. 3" tall top to bottom.

Does it have drainage holes?

Yes it does. You may need to unclog the hole every so often.

The descriptions says "Material: Glass". Is this soap holder truly made of glass?

It is not glass. It is plastic.

Are the replacement hooks available to hold the dish to the wall?

The web shows refill strips being available but I have not had to get them.
