Great Chair & Excellent Service
The chair is comfortable and well-made, but the seat plate bent after some use. Thankfully, the 3-year warranty covered it. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent a replacement part. The process was smooth, and now the chair is perfect again. Great product and support!

Good product. I purchased this chair about 3-4 months back. The sitting comfort is major factor I liked at the price point 7.8k I purchased. Assembling the product according to instructions was very simple.

Comfort and Frustration Combined: A Mixed Experience with This Chair
It's been more than a year since I bought this chair. I have had quite a few troubles as well.The comfort has been average. For a person that needs to consistently sit for long hours, the back support is not up to the mark.There are quite a few portions which are made up to flimsy material. They have the silver paint on them to make it look like they are metallic, but upon closer inspection, one can see the truth.My recent trouble was that the hydraulic piston gave up and I was unable to alter the height of the chair. I claimed warranty, and the company sent me a new one promptly. But, the procedure to change the piston required laborious effort. Not an easy task!
