Accurately described, but a little small for my purpose. I have to use 2 under a package of 1.3 + pound of beef.

Absorbent and easy to use
I originally purchased these to use with my vacuum sealer, but quickly started using them anytime I wrap or Ziplock raw meats. They are simple, effective and are much more absorbent than I expected.

Perfect fit for pint-size Foodsaver bags
I freeze meats and meals in 1 or 2 serving size portions, and these absorbent pads are just the right size. They prevent the juices from raw meat from being vacuumed up during sealing, keeping my Foodsaver clean and ensuring a good seal. Wish I had known about these a long time ago.

Smaller useable area than expected
The actual area that absorbs liquid is quite small. The plastic edges make up a large portion of unuseable area.
