Had to season it more after shaving it not enough seasoning

Wished it had been packed in dry ice like the slices ones come. But the cones were still frozen. I cut it s little thicker than the skiced ones come. This allowed fir more flavor in the gyros sandwiches. In my opinion much better than the sliced ones we were buying. It will take a while fir my wife and i ti go through 40 pounds of meat but i will buy agsin after we do.

Fantastic! We love these! Dont toss the ice bags in the sink if you like your ceiling.

Taste is good made homemade pita bread family loved it ... good value. :)
