The product is very good and sturdy. It can be installed absolutely without any hassle or difficulty. My carpenters didn’t even need the help from the seller on video call but I’m sure they would have helped if the carpenters would have needed it. Great product.

While buying the product, I thought of going for this rather than known brands like ebco because the brand is claiming life time warranty and the weight holding capacity is claimed higher than ebco. But when the bed is fixed, I was very disappointed. When the upper bed is opened, it is unable to open straight, it is completely bent down towards the floor. When I called the customer care executive, he said use a iron chain(like a jhoola chain) for support which made me very disappointing in the first place. For such a good looking bed, we had to use such a cheap looking unnecessary chains. After an hour, I somehow convinced myself and thought of buying a chain and roamed around some local hardware shops. They have a jhoola chain available but only have wall hook which cannot be used for ply. Because if we use that hook for ply, it will come out of ply. So there are no hooks for ply. I used my productive 2 days searching for the chain mechanism over internet as well as in the local shops and unable to find right ones. Not only that, the whole of swing chains and hooks will almost cost us the same amount as this ribbonic mechanism. If we can really use a swing chain, then the best thing is buy any heavy duty hydraulic cylinders from known companies like ebco/hafele and use a swing chain which works better than this half baked useless mechanism. Now I am planning to throw this product and looking for buying some good brand product and install. All the carpentry work has now become useless. Because of using this 4K rs mechanism, I had to throw away 15K Rs ply & laminate and 20K rs Carpenter charges.

Worked like a charm. Online support for installation was very helpfull along with detailed illustrations. Carpainter did this in a single go. This was also new for him.

The product took sometime to instal by the carpenter but the support team was on video call and guided through the entire process.
