Horrible Install Experience
If u haven’t installed a shampoo bowl before you will experience complications. The instructions for instillation aren’t clear on how to actually accomplish the install. Pictures show the each individual step but no clear step by step on what goes where and how. It tells u to prepare the pipe but doesn’t give sizes so you have to basically guess if u have no idea about plumbing. Once in place regardless of using drywall anchors the bowl pulls away from the since the anchors sent are the incorrect size for the screw sent. And there are a set of 4 screws sent for the bowl attachment that have no washers and no instructions on where they belong. Again if I’ve never done a shampoo bowl install u will have difficulty. Whatever u do don’t lose any of the parts there are no extras. It took several trips to Home Depot to accomplish this install. At least is arrived sooner than arrival date promised.

Not the best
I thought the adjustable base would be great.It’s very hard to get short people and people with short necks to fit properly. It will leak all over.Never once in decades of doing hair have I soaked a client.Really don’t know if it’s worth it.

Dont buy
Circumstance caused us not to be able to put this sink in my salon for over a year. Terrible to hookup... everything kept leaking. Cheap bowl, would not purchase again

Leaks
The way the drain hose is designed, the hose leaks where it meets the trap. Poor design. Will probably have to buy a different sink. I would not recommend.

Cheap and leaks
You need to buy impossible parts to get this to function. Like the other reviews say it leaks, it's also plastic and doesn't tilt easily.
