These are great for tossing our large bowls of salad without crushing or mashing contents. I wash with warm, soapy water, rinse and immediately dry with a towel. Then, probably not necessary, but leave them out on the counter overnight to thoroughly airdry. I bought the cherry finish. They have a nice weight to them (they don't come off as 'cheap'). I would have no problem giving these as a gift to all my salad loving friends. These also look nice with/in the salad bowl when serving guests. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased these to replace an old pair of plastic salad hands that started changing color. These fit my hands well and are very easy to use and wash in hot soapy water.
