Candies were hard as rocks. Must have been very old!! I had to discard.!🙁

Look if you're looking for the candies from the 80's/ 90's this isn't it. But if you want a good peanut butter candy, this might be for you. I was looking for nostalgia and didn't find it. The 3.5 oz isn't what I expected. Ppl used to hand these candies out by the handful in the 80s. Maybe it's not the same brand. The size and shape of individual candies were also unexpected. These are shaped like chewy wurthers originals. It's softer than it should be. They don't feel like they're ripping my teeth out, so that's good. The taffy needs more flavor but the peanut butter is on spot. Overall it's ok. Not what I expected. I don't think I'll be spending $8 on something I used to find in a dollar store just for nostalgia again.

I would buy it again.

Not only was I basically robbed of the money I spent on this purchase, the candy is hard as a rock. It has a slick, waxy texture & tastes like the plastic bag it comes in, with a slight hint of old, rancid peanut butter. And they smell like that too. I even had to spit out the one piece I tried.The 'icing on the cake' was when I found the very same bags of candy being sold at a very well known,nation-wide supercenter for a dollar a bag.. I could have kicked myself right then.Please don't repeat my mistake.

These are not like the ones available in the stores years ago, around Halloween! The pieces are smaller, and there are far less in a bag. Definitely NOT worth the money charged!
