Q: Are they waterproof as advertised?

Mine stayed dry through wet grass during the warmer month of September, unfortunately I couldn't realy test them in real wet conditions as they only lasted 3or 4 weeks before they tore at the toe bend, creating a hole that would leak through. I returned them and got a pair of goretex Salomon gtx4 which in my opinion are far superior and worth the extra money. I am wearing them everyday through the heavy rain we have had over the winter so far and my feet have stayed bone dry.

Yes, the sole is flexible but sturdy and grips well.

Q: Are these suitable for wide feet 11cm width?

my partner feet are about same size and hes really happy with the shoes, not too tight very comfortable
