Q: How does it attach? Is it a loop or have open ends to connect to tje pole?

I just tied a simple loop knot about 4 foot high on a piler on my lanai so the rope doesnt scrape on the rough pool edge. The lead rope attaches simply to a 3 foot rubber bungee cord that latches to your ankle braces with plastic hooks. Super easy.

Q: how long is the leash unstretched and what is its maximum stretchable length ??

Been a while since using them but worked great for swimming in place and the length was good. Can’t remember measuring so don’t know length but do know it works for a good work out.

Q: Can you use this with a 10 x 30 inflatable pool?

yes, IF you have something near it to attach it to. I use it with an above ground pool, but it has the metal poles to attach it to. If you have a solid structure (like a playground or tree) really really close to the pool you could attach it to that. I did find I prefer the waist stationary swimming more, as it is easier to find balance when swimming, and that works best when tethered to a tall object next to the pool. Hope this helps!
