Sunsweet Amazin' Pitted Prunes - Dried Prunes Pitted Unsweetened - Gluten Free, Vegan, Low Fat - Fiber & Minerals - 8 oz Pouches x 3 Pack

We've been buying this brand for years (plain prunes, 8 oz. pouches) usually in multiple pouch sets. I personally eat about 5 pieces about two hours after dinner every day, in fact. My husband eats them on occasion when he's craving dessert as a healthy but sweet substitute. They're always moist and flavorful. We've never encountered any pits or pit pieces, as happens with some other brands. Just for a bit of variety, we tried the cherry prune version, but were not happy to find that the flavor was partly artificial, and the overall taste not all that interesting. Recently we tried the orange version, and yes, it was a nice change, and no, there was no artificial flavor "enhancement". Most of the time, we'll continue buying the plain pouches due to the price differential, but when we need a bit of a change, we'll go with these. Wish they came in 8 oz. pouches instead of just the 6 oz. smaller packages, as it costs a bit more per oz. in the smaller size. Bottom Line: Worth it for those who eat prunes on a regular basis (no pun intended) and would like the occasional change-up.

We have to be very careful at our house when these prunes are around. It's so easy to eat them like candy! I'm serious! They are absolutely delicious. They're also difficult to find in local grocery stores, so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon, especially at a good price. They'll always be in our cupboard from now on.

Dried plums are so delicious and when they add in a little orange flavor it makes them simply amazing. I was impressed by how fresh and soft these are. Because they are in so many bags they don't get all clumped together and seem to be easy to get out of the bags. I'm happy I took a chance on these I can see myself getting them again and again. As you get older you need more fiber and four of these a day makes things much easier to manage. These don't have any added sugar so that is great!~The Rebecca Review

Went to Sunsweet when my other brand doubled in price. The prunes are extremely moist, Pleasant to the taste , and I'm very happy with the quality. As of now I will buy them again as soon as I run out of prunes from this purchase. Good value for the money.

Good dessert. Very effective for bowel movement.

These prunes are delicious!!! They are soft and moist. I keep the opened package in the fridge.

The prunes are fresh and they do their job. I eat them for breakfast and dinner. This brand tastes the best and the only one I purchase.
