Outstanding!
An excellent piece of kit. Very east to work with. A real income enhancer.Complete with all the attachments and adapters you may need for all common jobs. Makes an annoying two-person bleed job fast and easy. Great for spotting collapsed and restricted lines.Vacuum is strong and easy to control. Doesn't need a lot of air. Very quiet.Only caution is that it will draw out a lot of fluid quickly. Check levels often or use the refill attachment (can be very messy) for large jobs.

Brake Bleeder and MORE
I bought this to bleed the brakes on my Dodge Ram when I upgraded the rotors and pads and found it to be so easy to use that I exchanged the brake fluid in my wife's Honda too. It truly makes brake maintenance a one person job and I didn't even use the automatic fluid adder (the rate of fluid transfer can be adjusted so that you can stand at the reservoir and fill as needed while you watch the old fluid in the clear tubing change to the color of the new, clean fluid). There are loads of YouTube videos showing people using the machine so that is a good way to start if you are hesitant to purchase the bleeder. Now for my favorite part of this machine. Look in the picture and you will see a clear, flexible plastic tube attached to a rigid plastic tube. Using this setup I have effortlessly flushed the power steering systems of our cars and changed the oil in all the yard care machines. With this setup and pair of cheap nitrile gloves I did three small engine oil changes with not a drop spilled or greasy hands. Pour whatever used/dirty fluid is in the Mityvac container into an appropriate container and recycle.Everything about this bleeder is quality. The plastic parts are thick and sturdy and the metal parts are chrome plated and solid. You will need a decent compressor to use this. I use a 25 gallon compressor and it runs continuously while I am using the bleeder, but it works fine and provides decent vacuum. I don't think I would try it with anything smaller though...pancake type compressors probably would not work.In summary:Easy to usePerforms many tasks related to draining fluidsAllows jobs to be performed with nearly zero mess/cleanupRequires a decent compressorLots of video available showing people using the bleederAutomatic fluid feeder included, but I have not used it

works great!
9 years later and this bleeder is still going strong. Although the suction hose has hardened and lost all flexibility: so I'm now looking for a new hose. Used this for years when I was a auto technician I've now switched careers but still use it from time to time. Would buy again!

Excellent.
WOW. It's pricey for DIY but it's well worth it in time saving. I have been doing the one man bleed with a clear tube and plastic bottle and it would take me about a hour to do all wheels. And it does not work at first try all the time. I always end up doing it few times and it becomes few hours work just bleeding. Still it always a little spongy. I considered the power bleeder but adapters adds to the cost since I have honda, toyota, volvo, bmw and chevy.Well I recently rebuilt the caliper on my honda civic and plus the master cylinder was leaking and needs to be replaced. BTW this is the 3rd time I replaced the master cylinder as when the first one failed I went cheap with after market Chinese and both failed within a year. OEM from now on. And I spent hours and hours bleeding each time using the traditional way. So a perfect time to try this out. I installed the master cylinder empty without bench bleeding and reinstalled the rebuilt caliper. I set up the mityvac and set my 33gal craftsman at 90psi. Sucked each wheel for 90 secs and lots of bubbles coming thru but just have to trust the gadget. I did another round for 30sec each for good measure. I went thru a bottle and a half of 32oz brake fluid. Now the moment of truth, I step on the pedal few times and it's firm. I started the car and it's firm. WOW! That's 8 minutes plus add another several minutes for moving the stuff from wheel to wheel.

Good quality product
Good quality product, built to last, plenty of adaptors, one hose for brake fittings with interchangeable adaptors and one hose with a hard plastic tube about 10 inches long for reaching into reservoirs, I started by changing the fluid in the master cylinder, it emptied in five seconds, brake fittings take longer, both hose have airline type connectors that snap in or out on top of the unit, fast and simple so tank will stay sealed. Unit also comes with reservoir adapters for mounting a can of fluid on top of master cylinder, I just added fluid myself. The black ring base is meant to be screwed to a table top, so you can place the tank in it to hold while you unscrew the top when you need to empty, it's on really tight. I do have some air leaking from the trigger, no effect on performance, but compressor does kick on. I have a small four gallon compressor, and didn't have any problems. Be aware unit comes with air nipple installed with red lock tight, it might not fit your airlines and I had to use a vice and long handle ratchet to remove this nipple very scary, you know, you break it, you already bought it. Product works as advertised and I recommend it.
